St. Johann Rhine river promenade

The St. Johann Rhine river promenade opened at the end of April 2016. Situated between the Dreirosenbrücke and the border to France, it has generous terraces and four exit points for swimmers, inviting visitors to stroll, swim and linger.

Vitra Schaudepot opens

The Vitra Schaudepot on the Vitra Campus, designed by Basel-based architects Herzog & de Meuron, opened on 3 June 2016. The Vitra Design Museum is presenting key works from its extensive collection there.
