Rock Art and Wine Festival (RAW), 24th – 26th May 2013
An intimate 3 day event dedicated to Rock Art & Wine where guests can view the works of several of the worlds most revered rock photographers. Signed limited edition rock photography, rare album cover art will be on show alongside the opportunity to discover a wide range of regional wines with tastings, demos, visits and other wine related events. Access to the exhibition is free and for private viewings with the photographers it is €10 per person per visit.  Guests will also have the chance to dine with the photographers and hear about life on the road with rock n roll legends on the Friday and Saturday nights. 

Opera under the stars, 30th June 2013 
A real treat for all music lovers, the talented opera group Cantarena will delight with a selection of beautifully sung arias from some of the best known operas by Verdi, Mozart, Verdi, Beethoven, Wagner, Tchaikovski, Bizet, Saint Saëns, Massenet, Offenbach. The will begin at 7pm with a wine tasting by Vignobles Bonfils with a chance to enjoy the stunning views from the panoramic terrace lounge area before an evening of opera and a gala buffet under the stars. Guests will be seated on the pool deck with its views over the vines and its wonderful acoustics. Tickets for the dinner and concert are €75 per person.

Château les Carrasses has something for everyone. From wine tastings hosted by local winemakers, tours of nearby quaint fishing villages, medieval castles and antique markets, active days out kite surfing or rock climbing – there really is so much to see and do in this exciting region. However, guests are forgiven for never leaving the Château’s grounds.  Days can be happily spent soaking up the sun by the pool, enjoying a tasty local bite and glass of crisp Picpoul on the sun terrace, getting competitive on the clay tennis court or exploring the nearby Canal du Midi by bike (picnics can be arranged on request).
